How to book a private driver in Miami

Booking a private driver should take a few minutes, not a long chain of back-and-forth messages. The fastest way there is to send every detail that shapes the ride in one go. Here is what we ask for, why each one matters, and how the quote works on this site.

The details that make a quote exact

• Date and pickup time. The same route is a different drive at rush hour than it is mid-afternoon.
• Pickup and drop-off. A hotel, a venue or a full address. For airports, the airport name is enough.
• Passengers. The Suburban seats up to six with luggage, or seven with light bags.
• Bags. How many, and anything oversized, such as golf bags or strollers.
• Child seats. Each child’s age, so the right seat is installed before pickup.
• Stops. A second pickup on the way, a quick errand, or more than one drop-off.
• Flight number, if there is one. It lets Fernando track the flight and move the pickup with it.

A missing detail is not a problem, but it usually means one more message before the quote is final. Send everything at once and the answer comes back faster.

Point to point, hourly or a day trip

Most rides are point to point: one place to another at a fixed price. When you need the car to stay with you, such as meetings across Brickell, a day of appointments, or dinner followed by a late stop, booking by the hour is simpler, and hourly rides have a minimum. Longer runs to Palm Beach, Naples, Orlando, Key West or Tampa are day trips, either one-way or with a same-day return.

When it looks right, request the ride with the form below it: your name, how to reach you, the date and time, pickup, drop-off, passengers, bags and a flight number if you have one. There is a notes field for anything else Fernando should know.

Fernando reads every request himself and confirms the quote before you pay. If something changes the price, such as an extra stop or an event week, you will see it in the confirmation, not as a surprise afterwards. Tolls, water, chargers and a name sign are already included.
